As amazing an experience as I can imagine for autobody service! Very friendly, helpful, and made sure I was taken care of even when there was some confusion with the insurance claim/company. Fantastic work too, I'll definitely be back.
Having damage done to your car is never easy, but I only wish I could give this place ten stars! From the minute I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly by Michelle, and was made to feel so comfortable. I had a fender bender, and not only did my car get fixed showroom perfect, but it was completed a day earlier than expected! The artistry and professionalism of these people is unprecedented. My car came out looking better than it did before the accident; because they also detailed it as perfect as the day I purchased it. Thank you Larry and Michelle! The shop does great work! Mike did a good job helping me get in right away, taking care of my rental with the insurance and communication despite how busy he gets, he did his best to approach everything the same. My car looks amazing, I was supper stoked to get my Subi back!
Brought my car here after it was rear ended pretty badly. After the estimate they said it would be ready on the 21st. On the 20th they called and said it would be finished that afternoon. Car looks great and drives just like it did before the accident. Easy to work with, great customer service, stuck to their timeline and most importantly great quality work. Would highly recommend.
I will recommend Edmonds Auto Body to everyone! Not only was the work outstanding, but Mike helped me navigate shenanigans my insurance company tried to pull on me. At the end of the day, my coup looks perfect, the insurance company was put in its place, and I remained (mostly) calm.
